John qualified as a Certified and Chartered Accountant (ACCA) with Brake, Large, Ferro & Co. Firm of Chartered Accountants in the city of London after his accountancy studies at the South west London College (now South Bank University), London and the London School of Accountancy. Since 1980, he has been involved in systems design and development, auditing and computerization of the accounts of various companies. He worked with John Holt Plc for 13 years (1985 to 1998). He worked extensively on asset and inventory management and control of various divisions with the group.
In 1995 he led the team for the implementation of the extensive SunSystem software for the whole of the Group designing the entire system and all the reports that that supported it. He later acted as a Consultant to the Company. In 1998, He founded John Onobote & Co (Chartered Accountants) and AIMS in the year 2000 to specialize in in the field of asset management. He is an expert in all aspects Asset Management and has championed all the asset management projects undertaken by the firm

Adebayo is an experienced, resourceful and effective System consultant. He has over 10 years’ experience spanning through Manufacturing Industry, Consulting and Financial industry. He had under gone training on Hardcat Asset Management System, He has strong analytical and technical skills, capable of assessing conditions and implementing appropriate intervention. He also has experience in Microsoft application packages, Database Management Systems.
He is a good team player. Since joining Accounting and Information Management Services in 2006, he has been involved in Asset Management projects for several major clients including First Bank Nigeria Plc, EcoBank Nigeria Plc, Ecobank Group, Mainstreet Bank (formerly AfriBank Nigeria Plc), Airtel Networks, Heritage Bank, Central Bank of Nigeria, First Pension Custodian Ltd. Sterling Bank Wema Bank Plc., Notore Chemicals,First Bank Holdings, First and Government of Liberia

Oyetunde is a dynamic System consultant, finance and a system expert. He has over 10 years’ experience spanning through Manufacturing Industry, Printing and Consulting industry. He had under gone training on Enterprise Asset Management, MS Helpdesk Management and Support, Window XP and Ms Office Support, Hardcat Asset Management System, Sage Line 100 Software, Sage Accounting Software e.t.c. He possesses vast experience and skills in software user support, training, software documentation (user requirements gathering and specifications, user manuals, installation and system administration guides, etc), office automation tools (word-processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases, desktop publishing and image editing). He also possesses complex problem solving ability, critical thinking, troubleshooting and strong analytical skills.
He is self-motivated individual with diverse skills and a good team player.
